HOW DO I PAY FOR MY VEHICLE?
You can pay cash directly to your driver, with a bank tranfers or with your credit or debit card with no booking fees.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I BOOK MY TRANSPORT?
All online bookings should be made 24hrs before the journey is going to take place. For transport required within 24hrs please call us on the telephone number provided to confirm availability.
ARE THE PRICES PER PASSENGER OR PER VEHICLE?
All our charges are per vehicle and not per passenger.
WHAT IF I NEED TO MAKE A CHANGE TO MY BOOKING?
Please try to give a minimum of 24 hours for us to guarantee any changes you may wish to make.
WILL I BE CHARGED EXTRA IF MY FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
If you provide a flight number, you will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed because we monitor flight arrivals at all Portuguese airports. Please make sure you provide your flight number to the booking operator.
HOW WILL I FIND MY DRIVER AT THE AIRPORT?
One of our dedicated staff will meet you at arrivals with a clear sign that states the surname on the booking and wearing company attire.
ARE THE DRIVERS QUALIFIED?
All drivers working for our company are fully qualified and registered with the local licencing authority.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I TAKE MORE THAN 1 HOUR TO REPORT TO THE TRANSFER REPRESENTATIVE AFTER MY FLIGHT LANDS?
We will try to contact you on the number provided however if your still unavailable we will classify your booking as a cancellation.
DO YOU TAKE ON COMPANY CONTRACTS?
Yes we do take on company contracts, please fill in our contact form and we will get back to you within 24hrs.
ARE WEB QUOTED PRICES VALID ON ALL DAYS AND TIMES?
No, the prices quoted by our online quote and booking systems are not valid on Christmas and New Year day/eves. Please call our booking telephone line to obtain a quote or make bookings for these occasions.
All online bookings made for these days/eves will not be considered confirmed until a member of our team contacts the customer via email or telephone and a price is agreed.
All online bookings and quotations for journeys between 10pm and 7am will incur an additional €5 out of hours charge.
IS THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES FOR GOLF CLUBS OR BIKES?
As long as they are your own clubs and you only have 1 set per person there will be no extra charge, all bicycles will incur a small fee, please call our team to arrange a price.
ARE BABY SEATS AND BOOSTERS PROVIDED?
Baby seats and boosters are a legal requirement in Portugal for any child under the age of 12, please ensure we are aware if you need any, there will be no charge for this service.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO STOP AT A SUPERMARKET EN ROUTE?
We can supply you with a Welcome/Grocery package providing that you have notified us in advance, please contact our team for a full list of Welcome and Baby Packages available.
